"The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of England & Wales. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Unless otherwise stated, YOHO Cleaning and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on YOHO Cleaning. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from YOHO Cleaning for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Service Description

YOHO Cleaning provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include, but are not limited to: domestic house cleaning, office cleaning, deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, and other specialized cleaning services as agreed upon between the client and YOHO Cleaning.

Booking and Scheduling

When booking our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Changes to scheduled appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential cancellation fees. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive at the agreed-upon time, but factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid charges
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as per the agreed terms at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. Late payments may incur additional fees.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged
  • Credit card details may be securely stored for recurring services
  • Disputes regarding charges must be raised within 48 hours of service completion
  • VAT may be applicable to our services as required by law

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-show appointments will be charged in full.

Service Limitations

Our cleaning services are subject to the following limitations:

  • We do not clean areas that pose health or safety risks
  • Valuables should be secured before our arrival
  • We are not responsible for damage to items due to pre-existing conditions
  • Access to water and electricity is required for our services
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to areas to be cleaned
  • Secure valuable and fragile items before service
  • Ensure pets are appropriately managed during service
  • Communicate any special requirements or concerns in advance
  • Provide access to electricity and water sources

Limitation of Liability

YOHO Cleaning shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Insurance and Security

All our employees are covered by appropriate insurance and undergo background checks. We carry public liability insurance and employee fidelity bonding. However, we recommend that clients secure valuable items and maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their property.

Force Majeure

YOHO Cleaning shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure is due to fire, flood, war, terrorism, pandemic, government action, labor disputes, or any other causes beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
